| My client who are a large service provider are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Consultant to join their fast paced team.
The SAP Functional Consultant (CRM with IS-U integration) will be a key member of the Customer Service Delivery Team, providing knowledge and experience on SAP`s Industry Solution for Utilities (IS-U) in general and expert knowledge and experience on the SAP CRM component next to IS-U in particular.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
Provide expert SAP functional knowledge on CRM with IS-U integration to the Customer Service Delivery Team. This will involve:
Acquiring a detailed knowledge of the functionality and configuration of CRM with IS-U integration
Reviewing all relevant design documentation to ensure that it accurately reflects the reality of the solution
Root Cause Analysis for reported incidents involving CRM, with recommended resolutions
Participation in Change Request discussions that involve CRM
Other responsibilities will include:
Ensuring high system availability (shared responsibility)
Knowledge transfer of CRM with IS-U integration to other members of the Customer Service Delivery Team
Essential Functional Knowledge
Expert knowledge in integration of mySAP CRM in mySAP Utilities
System Landscape
Synchronization of Data Between mySAP CRM and mySAP Utilities
