| Junior Support Technician
My client is looking to recruit a junior support technician to join a vibrant team who will assist them as their business continues to expand.
Main duties of the Junior Support Technician include: - First line customer support - Infrastructure Maintenance in a Microsoft Windows SharePoint environment - Ensure customer satisfaction - Management of SLA`s end-end - Appropiate escalation of support issues( e.g bugs, infrastructure issues, raising Microsoft Support tickets) - Routine Server Maintenance - Disaster recovery testing and refinement - Branch office technical support
Desirable experience include: - ASP.NET/C# Development
