| Outsource UK LTd has been trusted supplier to this prestigious financial services institution for many years. We have been tasked with sourcing for the following role; Programme / Project PMO Co-ordinator . The role is offered on a permanent basis, with a salary or GBP24,973 (pending experience)
Reporting to the Lead Programme/Project PMO, you`ll apply your expertise to a varied portfolio of projects and monitor them through to delivery. Through your invaluable support, you`ll free up the project managers to do their role, including your practice which includes RAIDD Management, Financial Management, Project Plan Management and Status/MI reporting.
Tough on detail, you`ll ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to defined standards, with your understanding of project governance and quality assurance affording you to judge the importance of issues against milestones. This level of detail extends to an innate desire to improve performance among internal processes, so you`ll gather information, review systems, monitor procedures and make recommendations for change as you go.
You`ll have a good understanding of project management methodologies and lifecycles, able to apply your expertise from the outset, by leading a team with successful line management to build the capability of the practice area. Whether you`re dealing with Microsoft Project and project planning software or problems associated with managing change and technology programmes, you`ll act with integrity, confidence and enthusiasm. Accepting responsibility for the level of service, you`ll also be comfortable monitoring the performance of our corporate portfolio, while championing the very best project quality assurance.
