| Front End Web Developer / Website Designer - Swindon
We are actively looking to recruit a Web Designer to handle the design and on-going development of our clients operational websites.
You will be responsible for the design, usability and on-going development of the websites and you will be working closely with the business to understand what they need.
The Web Designer will be successfully filling the requirements of the position when design tasks have been fully specified and approved for implementation. This is a newly created post and my client needs people who can add value/knowledge to the team.
The Web Designer should have: Practical experience with designing websites using HTML / CSS / JavaScript / AJAX / PhotoShop / Fireworks / Illustrator / Dreamweaver Knowledge of agile development practises would be a distinct advantage. Ability to work with minimal direction, yet also able to work in team environment. Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills. Hands on with ownership personality. A willingness to learn, and an interest in keeping up to date with website technology
You will be working for a Microsoft Gold Partner so they will heavily invest in your personal training. They support formal Microsoft qualifications and each technical consultant has a structured training plan. My client offers an excellent benefits package, which includes an annual bonus.
