| Our client is a market leader in it`s field, and is now looking to recruit for an IT Programmer with SQL Server 2000/2005 experience. The role will require you to work as part of a small IT Dept and being a `team player` is paramount. You must also understand the importance of working and managing your own projects.
You should be able to demonstrate stong SQL Server 2000/2005 skills, although other database experience considered. Microsoft Visual Basic 6 / Microsoft Visual Basic.Net 2005 would be benifical, but is not essential. Evidence of developing database orientated programmes is also desirable.
Responsibilities include: Systems evaluation, Monitoring of standards and quality, Systems design and specification, To produce, test and document program code within agreed timescales and to documented standards. Maintain in house software.
Required qualifications and experience: Computer Science degree or equivalent level of work experience. Minimum of one years I.T. support experience.
