| Systems Analyst with knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Training.
Do you have systems and training analysis knowledge? Do you have an understanding of eLearning design and Training Needs Analysis? Do you have financial services knowledge?
You will be required to create a Target Operating Model for a new learning strategy. This will involve gathering both systems and training requirements, conducting Training Needs Analysis and providing business change communications.
You should have a good understanding of both Training design, in particular eLearning, and Systems Analysis. Knowledge of PeopleSoft Learning Management Systems would be advantageous.
